Option 1: Full Property (Up to 24 guests + 4 kids | 11 units including main house)

• $2,850 for 2 nights + cleaning & tax

• $8,550 for 7 nights (7th night free)

• Perfect for large groups in warmer seasons.

• Shared spaces include seating for up to 24 (inside + enclosed porch), 16 beds, and 12 bathrooms.
   

Option 2: House + North Side Cabins (Up to 16 guests + 4 kids | 6 units)

• $1,900 for 2 nights + cleaning & tax

• $5,700 for 7 nights (7th night free)

• Great for mid-size groups and off-season getaways.
